Founded in 2023, SPHC Foundation was born from a vision to address the critical health education and literacy gaps in underserved communities. Our mission is to create a platform that empowers individuals to make informed health choices and overcome barriers to well-being.

We envision a world where everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can confidently navigate their health journey.

SPHC Foundation offers community-centered programs focused on health empowerment, nutrition, wellness, and healthy relationships, tailored specifically to underserved communities. Our initiatives include workshops on healthcare navigation, nutrition, mental health, and STI prevention—all designed to improve health literacy and support better health outcomes.

The SPHC Foundation is fiscally sponsored by the Greater Washington Community Foundation, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible.
