At Smart Public Health Consulting (SPHC) Foundation, we strengthen communities by advancing health literacy. We achieve this through engaging events, meaningful partnerships, and accessible resources-equipping individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.
Founded in 2023, the SPHC Foundation emerged from a vision to bridge critical gaps in health education and literacy within our Founders community. Today, we continue to empower individuals through a dynamic platform that enables informed health decisions and breaks down challenges to well-being.
We envision a world where everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can confidently navigate their health journey.
The SPHC Foundation offers community-centered programs focused on health empowerment, nutrition, wellness, and healthy relationships. Our initiatives include workshops on healthcare navigation, nutrition, mental health, and STI prevention, all designed to improve health literacy and support better health outcomes.
The SPHC Foundation is fiscally sponsored by the Greater Washington Community Foundation, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible.
